What could an Online Think Tank Chapter do for your community? Well consider yourself in charge of forming the local Think Tank, whats sorts of things might you do to better your community. Ask not what your community can do for you, but what you can do in your community. Not long ago, I met a lady; Jan Verhoeff, who is a very good writer and runs some websites online that are quite successful.

She started an Online Forum to help her community and set it up like a think tank, helping people stay in contact with each other and share ideas to repair the community after some horrific storms. This is terrific of Jan to do and volunteer like that. I am so impressed how she is taking a leadership role in helping the Colorado post Front Range Plains communities put their lives back together again after those two back to back insane extreme weather blizzards.

Her work using the Internet as a tool to help the area and get the right resources makes sense in so many ways. After listening to her selfless acts and reading some of here posts, it made perfect sense that it was her who take the challenge and brought it upon herself to Take Charge. I am impressed.

I see that they are now going to be linked up to the Online Think Tank so other communities can also learn from your challenges and brilliant work putting the community back together again in their time of need. Sticking together, doing the right thing and accepting such life’s crisis if and when they come along is a testament to her strength of character.

This selfless act on her part surely belongs in the local newspaper, because it shows we can all make a difference. I certainly hope this article is of interest and that is has propelled thought. The goal is simple; to help you in your quest to be the best in 2007. I thank you for reading my many articles on diverse subjects, which interest you.
